Homing Requirements: Prince needs stability and guidance in offering him direction and affirmation of his beauty and gifts. He needs a secure garden to enjoy and a dog-centred lifestyle. Prince could live with older children as long as they don't whip his energy up as he could either become a leaping lord or a calm monk!

His Story:  Prince was found stray at just under 1 years old. He is a longer legged Staffie with a beautiful reddy brown brindle coat. He served his time in the pound and we came forwards to save him, as his last chance, to avoid the 'void!'

Advert: Prince is Royal ..and is now searching for his true Kingdom! Prince needs a family who can offer him fun and joy. Prince would suit a first time Staffie family providing they accept his enthusiasm and give him guidance in directing his energy through into wonderful walks and well earned rest periods! He needs a dog centred family with an understanding of enjoying and commanding his laughter and joy: He has the energy of a young dog in his prime that a young dog revels in, at the prime of his life. He has a calm make-up for such a young lad...Prince will be the dog you make him so investigate training classes now!

Prince is managing in kennels but it is not a befitting environment for him. He has so much to offer and kennels is a holding place be it safe until his family is found. He is beautiful; non reactive to dogs introduced in a controlled and calm way. He seems to enjoy meeting dogs and so his socialisation shouldn't be a problem particularly once he has gained more skills and sense of territory. Prince won't be with us long..he is such a catch!

Please visit Prince's thread, in Dogs needing homes in Kennels on our Forum http://rescueremedies.myfastforum.org/sutra34628.php#34628 to find out more about him and follow his progress.

If you are interested in re-homing please complete our homing questionnaire https://rescueremedies.wufoo.com/forms/r7x3s5/ so we can ensure our dogs are matched and will suit your circumstances/lifestyle.

"Please note this dog is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a 'forever' home is found"

Prince's Thread is Below watch his progress through our Rescue

Prince is a male Staffie who has run seriously out of time. Cant see him put to sleep. We will be bringing him into safety ?Friday 18th June

Today I picked up His Royal Highness  "Prince " to his friends Very Happy what a lovely kissy, wiggly, friendly boy, both with me and Django and little Ben Very Happy despite having been in the pound for 2 weeks, he was beautifully behaved and jumped in the back of my car with my dogs next door in their crate, and kissed them through the wire Very Happy , then travelled to Gatwick, quietly watching the M25 traffic jam till he fell asleep,( I nearly did too Sad  ) This beautiful boy is long legged and athletic, with a gorgeous head and smiley eyes, he has real film star looks with a winning personality Very Happy I'm sure he'll find a loving home soon Very Happy

Prince was neutered and chipped today. he travelled beautifully in the crate in the car (over an hours journey there and again back)

He has excellent dog skills nothing but well meaning and had 5 labs leaping up on the other side of the fence he wagged his tail then walked away.

Took Prince for the last walk of the day yesterday and he was a pleasure to walk  Very Happy  Hardly pulled at all and feels like he will really relate when he gets to know you. No reaction to the other dogs - just keen to get going.

Prince went to the vets today. He travelled well in a crate for a 3 hour round trip after a lovely session in the paddock. Calm and loving in the vets for 1st vax. Remarkable vib for a young dog...very regal!  Royal blue new collar!

Just a few pictures as we enjoyed a walk through a wooded enclave

Walked Prince again today - and what a charmer he is   Very Happy
When you go in the kennel to harness him up he puts his paws up on you and it is so easy to get him ready. Loves his cuddles. Such a calm energy this boy.  Met Ellis briefly but will see how he is with other dogs soon.
Hope Charlie has a few pics.

Prince is a very friendly dog. He reminds me of Zeb, both in appearance and character. Maybe with better dog skills though. Prince walks calmly past the other kennels without paying attention to the dogs barking at him. A real good boy.

Sorry for the wet look, I just had to throw water at him when walking in the stream after he almost peed on me earlier... Boys will be boys Laughing
