Referral Letter: We have been asked to urgently help 3 ( 2 blacks and 1 red) patterdale in one of the pound we don't always work with, one was found stuck down a hole and the other has some marks on his face , We're having a right problem with trying to get them a space as no one will give them a chance due to being ex workers and the council think there no hopers, is there any chance your able to help even it is just 2, we're willing to transport and get them them castrated.

regards

Kirsty

Duggie was the one that was dug out! His little face has infection in and is slightly swollen. He is on antibiotics Wonderful temperament He journeyed from Wales in the passenger seat with Simon then transferred to my passenger seat at Reading. Not a peep out of him even when he was microchipped via the vets. Arrived at the kennels 6.30 to a hearty meal, a warm heat lamp and soft bed.

isn't he lovely, he looks like Pepper!  I do hope he gets a great home.  I remember you having concerns about Pepper (Whoopi) but she's turned into the most fantastic little dog. So much character.  I hope his poor little face gets better soon.

Duggie went home with Bengy, Sara and Simon tonight for TLC. He had a wonderful walk with Bengy and Gordon; then sat beautifully in the back of the car with his harness on and sped towards freedom.

Update due to arrive soon from Duggie's fosterers but just to say he slept downstairs last night without a wink. Bengy and he seem to be settling in with one another. ..oh and he kills toys.

Spoke to Sara the other day and thought what a lovely lady she was. I think Duggie has landed on his feet. Looks so scared in his first photos but I bet now is very happy doggy.

I think we understand now why things were quiet! Sara and Simon are well and truly love4  They think they know but need a few more days to be sure Bengy is nearly certain he is prepared to give up 'only precious dog' status...Duggie Bear is off the rehoming circuit for the meantime!

An update from Sarah ...

"Hi Sharon

It has taken us totally by surprise, but Si and I have completely fallen in love with Duggie Bear.  Just got to make sure Prima Donna Bengi can gracefully except Duggie Bear as a permanent fixture in our household!!!  This little guy is so special.

Best regards

Sarah"
