Checked it becasue someone mentioned they had problems - so did I . Just opens in a new window with lots of garbage.

Turns out it is only a potential problem for people using Firefox as a web browser instead of internet explorer(IE). Perhaps a different means of accessing it should be provided - I can make an online form similar to the walkers form if that would help or someone could do a pdf. 20% and growing - the % of people using Firefox on the internet.

Is there any way that new form could be done using word?
Sorry do not know much about this sort of thing but word is preferred document of choice.

It is available as a word doc but not if you use Firefox as your browser, then you get nothing at all!
