PLEASE lets have a happy outcome for this boy!
Taz is extremely special to me as he came in as a puppy not even fully grown and has matured into the most beautiful dog.
It is sad for any dog to grow up in kennels but sadder to watch it yourself. They are unaware that life should be any different.

Taz has remet Kevin, Carol and Matthew today. They gave him a lovely welcoming and were excited as was Taz on remeeting.
Taz's true calm energy was coming to the fore before I left as you can see with these pictures. Taz's family need a little time to walk him and see him settle before making any decision but oh yes the intention is adoption.

| Met this lovely lad a few weeks ago and thought he was adorable. I think he has a lot of love to give so well done you for giving him the chance of a proper home. I think a lot of long walks will do him the world of good. |

Hi gang!!
Well I managed to resist checking up on the little lad for an entire 24 hours before I could take it no more. Called in this afternoon, gave Taz lots of cuddles and a nice long walk and tried to get some footage of his first day with the Allen family, hehe.
The video is still uploading(!!) but when it's ready, the link will be: http://www.vimeo.com/5477838
Taz is absolutely loving this colourful, different smelling, larger world he is now calling home. Everything is interesting, and every shrub on his new walks are being inspected! He's keeping mum and dad on their toes, but you'll be pleased to know he's being totally spoilt rotten and getting plenty of exercise, walks every morning and evening, LOTS of playtime, and tons of chews/toys/treats. But he's also really showing his calm side too.... he follows dad around everywhere, and falls fast asleep at his feet when dad works at the computer (see pic!). He apparently joined mum and dad out on the patio this morning and sat contentedly by their side, even when a pigeon came and landed on the lawn. I've even noticed a difference in him since saturday; he's easier to walk and more relaxed generally.
He got through the night fine, no accidents and no howling! Just a brief whimper and scratch but I think it might have been at this point that he realised that we have an armchair in our kitchen...
I promise to keep you updated.

Watched the vid, got something wrong with my throat ... there's this big lump I'm fighting to push down!
Nice to see him having fun and in surroundings other than kennels, he looks like he is where he is just meant to be
