This is so tragic I'm so shocked that this is Battersea's policy I for one will never give any more money to them. I feel so much for all of you, after the fantastic work you do. I'm so. so sorry. |

this is so sad.Run free sweetheart. What people forget or don't realise is that battersea is a pound, no matter how its dressed up, and whilst strays will get their mimimum 7 days, a surrender will need to earn their place by "passing their assessment ", because there will be another dog that they have to take in.
Perhaps we need to think about putting a time limit on how long they stay at home before we take them in - but then there will be strays unable to come in because he has the kennel space.
stuck between a rock and a hard place really - and there are no easy answers. |

Can't express how sad this makes me feel. Wish he'd known what it was to be wanted.
Go little fella to that better place and be forever special.
