21st April Tuesday

Jack (Perry) was neutered and his teeth scraped under GA today
Cindy's teeth were scrapped and 1st Vax'd today
Sylvie's teeth were scrapped under GA today and first vax'd
Alfie staffie was vet checked and 1st vax'd
Good enquiry in on Maggie
Dinky tail chasing very bad in kennels desperately needs company and a foster place.
Dee plodding on with accounts
Sharonr's computer just back from repair

22nd April Wednesday

Charlie Westie homechecked for moved into Foster-View-Homing
Dinky moved to Croydon and now mixed with Holly
Cassie moved to Gatwick
Sam to the vet for check..significant improvement Tim delighted
Tara to vet treated for KC
Amba moved into foster
Tim Vet. has offered to do a Croydon kennel visit on a Friday morning as he is temp. living closeby.

Footnote: Another onslaught day with too much to do and only half got done. With my dogs when washing machine repair man came an condemed my machine! Such a friend of mine..gone. Out 10.30am to homecheck for Charlie popped back for 30 mins then to Croydon to collect 3 dogs bring them back to Richmond for vet check. 30 mins in to my dogs to feed. Back to the kennels exercised and fed dogs. Then into East London to place Amba in foster..got lost in Central London and hit the theatres as they emptied about 10.30...then it happened

A smart van in front which made me feel sick.. www.sdke.co.uk Enviromental services Dog welfare unit...It felt anything but welfare. Seems like they are taking over dog warden's jobs in various borough's eg Windsor.. Where dogs come under the 'pest control section' The van sweeping; creeping through central London late at night.. I was filled with horror of this company picking up Local Authority contracts under 'Pest control' and collecting strays as if vermine and dumping them in Battersea most for slaughter. Can't tell you how sinister this feels look at their website..tax payer money to keep our streets clean of dumped dogs.Check out their website clinically, americana!

23rd April Thursday

Dinky settling in and 'needs' a friend to stop him spinning. Lovely chap!
Charlie doing well in FVH
Karen has been at Farnham Kennels photographing and supporting our dogs after her school hols.
Busy day on 'bone' for Dee and on paw-tapping pad for me, updating website info for secret squirrel who will update websites. Sharonr is back on line!!

Stevie's day today
Simba's home may have come up they meet tomorrow
Have a family very interested in Selina or Charlie they meet again tomorrow
Amba came back to kennels for no fault of her own

26th April Sunday

Simba, Maggie and Tigga (Selinas's) FosViewHoming day
Bobby (Nathan) and Finn's adoption papers now in the post
Went to Farnham to do social walk with Poppy (Sonia) as she is reactive to dogs (screams on sight) now settling within 4 mins of meeting my Fern and Brandy..then proceeding as a pack
Met Smiffy today for the first time
Dee chasing leads

Sylvie came back today no fault of hers
Staffie rescue updated
Positive energy now very strong within Rescue, feels like a strong team building with new energy joining.
Lorenzo (hubby) going to pay off our debts and new ideas coming as to how we can work in the future without accuring large kennel fees.

Rags and Bob Tail went to vet and had teeth; claws; ears and eyes checked, glands expressed under GA and 1st Vax
Chaz came back today
Leads being followed, one on Mia and one on Ben
Lots of activity busy bees everywhere.

Frankie Boy was homed today hurrah
Sad news heard Tacha passed away in her sleep at the age of 2 yrs to everyones shock
Alfee 50% passed cat test so is now ready for the real thing!
JRT fan's passed homecheck
Arranged homecheck tomorrow with Ben; homecheck tomorrow for Dinky and Holly; Homecheck on Saturday with Mia
Interested family in fostering Eddie
Great update on Scraps..Happy Scrappy and Oz!
