No, they're definitely flesh & blood - checked it out with a couple of little nips - they didn't seem to like that! Blue seems to know exactly what his humans want. Not sure how he does it, but I'm hoping to learn from him.

| Lovely update, hope it continues. We had a couple of nips of our girl, until she'd settled. We wouldn't be without her now. Hope Amber learns quickly xx |

Lovely to hear updates Amber - you need to try really hard because you've got a lovely chance here Everyone misses you terribly at the Croydon kennels but we still don't want you to come back

Hi again
My folks took me to the New Forest again today, but no Blue as he had to go to work. Missed him, but found lots of other things to do. Rod was really good at throwing his ball on a rope & pretty good at retrieving it too. I'm better with sticks (I let Rod play with my sticks too sometimes) and horse poo - lots of lovely horse poo - starting to smell really good here:-)
Kirsty & Rod are starting to shape up ok & I like to keep them amused by sitting and coming on command....they're so easily pleased sometimes. My favourite is when Kirsty calls me from far away & I can thunder towards her at high speed - she loves that one.
I still like to remind them of their place occasionally, but they're really not very good at that game, so think I may have to try something else.
I'm back in the garden with Rod now & he's playing a strange guitar thing with strings in the wrong places - but it sounds not bad - nice to relax to.
Back to work tomorrow though. Not nearly as much fun as there's no poo & I get terrible paw spin on the laminate floors - lets just hope some interesting people come in to amuse me, or else I'll need to let myself out again to circulate amongst my public.
Anyway, must go and amuse my humans again....they need so much exercise!
Bye for now.
A x
ps. Can anyone tell me how to put some photos on my thread? - my people say something about the endings being wrong on the files. |

Think I'm finally getting somewhere with my new humans. My male human, Rod, suffers from "sit" complex, he randomly says this word but I think I've finally trained him - I find that if I just put my rear end on the ground he'll stop this immediately! Yesterday, we were just about to cross a busy road, I sensed he was revving up for another "sit" fit - I just put my bottom down and he didn't even start! He just did a "good girl" - much more sociable behaviour! However, he's a little nervous in the middle of crossing the road, he goes too fast so I simply slow him down mid way by pretending there's an interesting smell.
I feel encouraged but I know there's a long way to go with their training.
