1. The use of false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening material as well as being invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. Is not permitted.

This is not only serious, but legal Actions can be taken against you. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material to post. To be found to do so will terminate your membership and it is possible that if the offence is severe, reported via your ISP to the necessary authorities.

IN NO WAY IS THE RESCUE REMEDIES FORUM RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYONES POSTINGS ON THIS SITE FROM ANY MEMBERS.

2. Personal Attacks
A personal attack on other members via posting in the main board is not permitted.

An Email warning by Admin will be sent on the first offence. IF this is not adhered to and the matter privately resolved between you and the complainant, you will have your membership terminated.
WE DO NOT TOLERATE THIS SORT OF BEHAVIOUR.

3. The Use of Other members account.
The use of another members account is not permitted. This is a terminable offence under the rules and conditions of this forum.

4. Recording of your information.
Your ISP is automatically seen by all admin and moderators on this forum. This is to protect yourself as well as others from misuse.
We insist on a valid email address to activate your membership. This ensures that you are a real person and not a spam machine set up by a hacker.

5. Reporting a Violation of the rules
To report an incident please contact Admin either by pressing the report button of the post or PM Admin or Moderator.
YOUR REPORT WILL REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL.

6. Deleting of Threads and Posts
Administrators and moderators reserve the right to delete any threads or posts that they feel are not adhering to the above rules. The poster will be notified of both the deletion and the reason(s) why it was felt necessary.

7. Amendment of Rules
The Rescue Remedies Forum reserves the right to change or update the rules without prior notice. However, members will be informed by email of any amendments and asked to read the updated thread.

8. Links for advertising/ forums sites must not be added by members without clearing it with admin first.

9. Members can not have links to other sites on their signatures/profiles without staff approval, staff reserve the right to remove any links that havent been cleared.

10. Children under 16 must get parental permission before joining as a member. An email is required from your parents.
