myxomatosisOur dogs brought in our first affected bunny today - totally blind but otherwise healthy looking  A swift exit probably best all round but still disturbing.

I have heard on the rabbit forum that there is a lot around this year. It is always horrid if your dog brings back an animal but it is probably better than a long mixi death, it looks like a horrid disease

Absolutely right thing to do.
I come from the country where this routinely used and also same in richmond Park. Just heart breaking kindest thing to do however harsh it sounds.
