Kale Grey x Saluki 8 yrs old Lola's (Maddox's) best friend
Paul, Julie and their daughter Such a special family who have had so much to come to terms with this month. Tootie their Lurcher sadly died at the age of 19 They enjoyed 10 years fun with her and in the last 2 years they also rescued Kale ..so 2 weeks after Tootie's death Lola was adopted to keep Kale company. Lola LOVED Kale and they played, slept and ran together. But Kale had a bad leg which wasn't getting better..Lola had a bad tail tip which also wasn't responding to treatment. Lola is having an op. to allow her tail to heal... Paul and Julie took Kale to the Royal Vet College feeling they weren't getting to the root of the problem. They sadly was diagnosed advanced bone cancer and Kale was gently put to sleep today.
