Hi EveryoneFound your site yesterday, very impressed.Being a trustee for The Rhodesian Ridgeback Welfare Trust I can emperthise with constant need to find good forever homes. Your observations as to the £350 cost per dog is about the same as our rescue. Towards covering these costs we have an event this Sunday (28/06/09) at Chieveley Village Hall just off the M4/A34 north junction, it starts at 1100ish until 1700ish lots to do lots of fun and games free drinks (tea coffee and squash) every dog is an honourary Ridgeback for the day. and something of a celebration its our "Twentieth Rally" So come along for a warm welcome meet other rescuers hear and see the happy tails. our web site will tell you all about us www.rhodesianridgebackwelfaretrust.com Regards Trevor |
