Freddie (Buddy) Patterdale 1 yr Alton

Freddie has just turned one and despite the fact his 2 homes haven't worked out for him, he has proved himself to be a 'great terrier'. Yes he is exciteable when people arriv,e stealing the attention, but soon settles. He walks nicely and although initially shy of dogs soon rubs along.

Dee Peters has already come to his aid ... met his current family and seen him integral to appreciate 'the little man'; given him a spa and taken his heavy winter coat off. Below is a before and after shot. Oh yes with the help of his family, Dee Peter's Rescue Remedies fund raising 'box' and our contribution ... Freddie is now neutered.

Meanwhile Dee has come up with a poss. foster home ... so watch this space and ahh look at that face!

Freddie is a little bundle of energy and so very lucky to have gone into a wonderful foster home.  Very excited going to the Vets for Neut - met their window cleaners and everyone else for that matter and was VERY pleased to say hello.  The Vet Nurse explained to me that Freddie did calm down once he had the anesthetic - and yes your point is?  Wink  BUT they all loved him at the Vets and he got lots of hugs and kisses.   Freddie and I did not mind being waved off either at the door when we left!!  Laughing

The little fella has had a very unsettled time and only 1 year old.  Previous owner loved him to bits but they didn't feel they were the right family for him.  His very best friend was the Cat who misses Freddie  Crying or Very sad

Freddie has been a bit unsettled at night in his foster home, but had an e-mail saying he finally slept thro last night and they are VERY pleased with the way his is coming along.  Smile

Lets watch this space... !!

Well of course Freddie (formerly Buddy) won over hearts within a short time of being in with Poo and family.

Freddie doing very well but needs a little time and understanding which the family so very happy to provide.
