Bella Staffie 3 YRS Kings Langley HertsBella came into us yesterday. Emma is going to write up her background information. She had a lovely walk with Murphy, Amy and her husband yesterday. She is the same size and shape as Murphy and they looked a fantastic couple

Another Staffie casualty I am afraid.
This girl was bought as a cute puppy by her teenage owner along with said teenagers boyfriend. Obviously the first season meant the first litter. One litter of puppies later and the girl realised how hard it is to home Staffie puppies. Of course when the boyfriend left her the dog had to go so she promptly gave young Bella to her mother...who had one of Bella's sons...who immediately mated his own mother as she was heavily in season. 
The mother of the girl did not want puppies running riot and straight away started to contact rescues. Ohhh! How hard is it to find a rescue space for a Staffie??? She found out the hard way!
This lady has had the morning after jabs (14.AND 15 5.09)so she will not be having puppies. However, the jab DOES bring the bitch back into season and sometimes for a long periods of time.
So she is now back to being very swollen again. The boys are all showing lots on interest, but she is just not that type of girl and tells them right where to go through the bars! She is no tart...hence why she has fallen for Murphy! The biggest tart of them all!

Dayle and I took Bella and Murphy out together - they made such a cute couple. After an initial sniff, they plodded along next to each other without paying too much attention. Bella was brilliantly behaved - she does not pull on the lead at all, and would stop and sit when a car came past and we needed to move out the way. We had a really lovely walk.

Desperate for a 'safe' foster for Bella as she was given the morning after injection last week despite we said we would spay early no problems. She is now in season and basically waiting, filing her finger nails, for 6 weeks

Mark, a new walker took Bella out first today and what a lovely introduction to the dogs at the kennels. A  y little girl, very much like Murphy looks wise. Not keen on the halti - such a short little nose for it, but accepted it on the way back. Pulling not an issue really.

Bella had her vax today. Tim the vet has said she is ready for spay..so will try for next week.

Bella is rightfully called Bella. She is soooo pretty, a tiny little Staffie with a beauty of spirit. She was spayed yesterday and had the full MOT under GA. She had her ears re examined and she is now on Canaural which she wont be too happy about but she needs the care.

Bella is now "the Bell of the ball!" Andrea and Steve have been dreaming about their next Staffie and was delighted Bella was still available. Once she had rushed into their arms  and claimed them; there was no looking back .

When Bella comes in from her walk,everyday she jumps in her pool to cool off then loves us to wrap her up in her towel for a rub dry.
