Homed Geoffrey...
Toby..

Homing Requirements: Jiffy and Toby have harmony and will make wonderful pets. They need a family with patience to put the training and house rules in with kindness and preparedness for them to make a few mistakes as they settle. Time placed in them will pay dividends 100 fold!

Their Story: Jiffy and Toby were found stray microchipped. They are around 2-3 years old. Their owners hadn't noticed they were gone and didn't seem to interested having them back. The dog warden went all out to find Rescue places for them and was delighted when we said we would keep them together. Neutered, going through vax. and already chipped. In boarding kennels in Gatwick (S) sharing a kennel.

Advert: Super pair. These 2 brothers are joined at the hip; they have synergy and care for each other. They have only really had each other as their owners were that bother about them. They need to be introduced to a caring and exciting lifestyle. They would suit someone working from home who wants to break off and go for a stroll; new retired or shift workers where they are left for short periods, they have each other to keep company. Both travel well in the car providing they are together.

Jiffy is the smaller brother, a darker brown/ brindle and smaller white chest. He is under weight and his fur is currently scurfy.  He has a feint white badger strip down his forehead. So many people get one dog and come back thinking they would like to have/ help another. Helping these 2 brothers out can everyone all at once!

Referral Details: Dog warden contacted us to see if we could take these 2 brothers. They were found stray and one's chip led him to their home. It was not nice, and seemed that Jiffy and his brother Toby lived in the garden with a white Shepherd. The people said they couldn't afford the reclaim fee which the Dog Warden was extremely happy about! They ran out of time and the dog warden was willing to split if needed but we said we would take them both as a pair.

Jiffy and Toby arrived today straight into our Vets. They were both neutered and 1st vax'd. The vet said one cried for the other when split for their premed. and op. They are like inseparable twins and so are kennelled together. They are easy to walk together. Here they are enjoying the paddock together post operative care!

Two beautiful dogs, they really make a perfect pair, and would fit into family life so perfectly. They have lovely manners while they are waked and I fell for them both.  I walked Jiffy (with the orange harness)  and Muppet walked Toby.  A few pictures to hopefully capture how pretty they both are  Smile

WOW what a lovely calm, well behaved pair these two are. They obviously adore each other and constantly tune in together and look out for each other. Louise and I delighted in walking this pair, enjoying their calm companionship. Jiffy is the more 'grown up, sensible' one of the two while Toby is 'a bit of a puppy' bowling along happily. Their personalities compliment each other beautifully.

I think I got these two muddled up in my last post. Jiffy (if he is the smaller, darker one of the two) is more confident and independent and took a shine to Kiwi. They greeted each other beautifully while out on the walk today.

I had my first walk with Jiffy today and he is a little funster. A happy, busy little boy who loves his brother very much indeed. Lots of sniffs and exploring, quite chatty to start with then settled into a steady pace, happy to explore with his nose and check in regularly with me and to make sure Toby wasn't too far away. Pics to follow x

Helen and I walked these two scrummy boys yesterday, Helen had Geoffrey. They are such fun a real connected couple but with attitude!! Lots of Staffie talking, a little bit of cheek when told what to do  :D  but adorable. They will make such a fabulous catch.
