It's mostly the happy endings that get me .... anyone else or is it just me?

Hmmm. Me too.  I am sad at the sad stories, but the good stories move to me to tears - of joy as another little dog gets a nice home.  Wish I could win the lottery and then I could rescue heaps of dogs! And cats....and horses....hamsters.....oh dont get me started!

Sharon I'd happily help out at fundraising events, but I live a long way from you!  I've been gathering stuff though from family and friends and I am going to have a carboot sale - it will prob be next summer now as this year has whizzed along and its the end of carbooty time now, but I've got a garage full of stuff.

I planned to do it this last summer, but we had poor weather and then we decided to get married in September, so that took up a bit more  time.

Gonna do it as soon as I get a chance though. Liz x
