Hi
Have you thought of placing ads for your JRTs on http://www.jack-russell-terrier.co.uk? Its a really active website full of JRT lovers, it has a section for JRTs that need rehoming or people who are looking to offer a home.

We did consider it a little while ago, but decided not to in view of the fact that we have our own Terrier Rescue site which attracts the terrier homes. We also cover a large number of sites and can't expand our coverage at the moment. _________________ SHARONR - ADMIN

Sorry, but my instincts were not to go for this one. I browsed through it 2 nights ago just thinking would Linda, Denise and Spice benefit? I found it openly promotes breeding ... to the point of explaining how to ... instincts were right ... not a true rescue site. Maybe we are puriest, but that is the way we are, knowing what we know. _________________ You can't train the terrier out of a terrier!

hi Lynne
Only just noticed your reply. Had a look at it again and can see totally what you mean - not a site with the same ethos or values as RR. Only found it as I was searching to learn more about JRT but I guess its good that if we see sites that may be "possibles" we let you know so you and the other RR gurus can have a look with a more informed eye.
