Hi

I was browsing the forum and was enjoying looking at the lucky dogs in the rehomed section when I think I might have seen my Maizie's mum?

We were lucky enough to adopt Maizie from Enfield Dog Rescue in March this year and it looks like the lovely girl in the post......

Posted: Mon Mar 09, 2009 9:22 pm    Post subject: Missie Staffie mum ?3yrs Walton surrey .....might be our Maizies mum?

Maizie was at the Enfield rescue with her brother Mikey and was called AZA.

I would love to know if this is her mum as I felt so pleased to think that if it is her she has such a good life now after hearing how Maizie came to be in the rescue.

Can anyone confirm this for me? It would be lovely to know if we have been lucky enough to see her mum. Question

Hello? anyone there  Sad  Embarassed

No replies? not even a hello and welcome? Feeling a bit odd now. Have I done something wrong in my post?

I am a totally genuine normal person honest...

Perhaps I should have introduced myself a bit better....sorry just got a bit caught up in the possibility that I might have seen our Maizies mum.

there's me and my hubbie,  and  our dogs Bailey - Staffy X collie X age 8 , Maizie staffy pupster 6 months and the 3 moggies. Our whole family are rescue pets.
Maizie is our third staffy  - Bailey was our first and we lost our second staffy our little brave girl Phoebe earlier this year to Mast cell Cancer at age 6.

Well that's it really.... hoping someone might remember if Missy could be Maizies mum.. ?

Hi there

Nooooo, please don't think we are ignoring you  Wink A sincere and mighty welcome to the RR pack  Very Happy and sorry for our delayed response.  Not sure how we missed your post  Rolling Eyes

Lynne may be able to shed some light on whether Missie could be Maizie's mum.  She'll be on later - continue to watch this space.

Hope you enjoy the forum and looking forward to seeing some piccies of your gang.  Smile

OMG so sorry.

For some reason did not flag up new thread.

WELCOME, Welcome and WELCOME.

Actually entirely possible that Missy could be Maizies mum!! Joanne who works closely with Yasmina was the lady that first heard about all the puppies and the mum.

How amazing is that????

Sounds like you have a very busy home! LOL

Would love some pictures when you get time

Ahhhhhh, your gang are lovely. Particularly like Maizie's pink collar and her dead football  Laughing

Bailey is very cute too and so nice to see a Staffie with ... difficult word for me to say ... Catzzzzzzzz.  They could have given her a bit more room on the sofa though!  So sorry that she is no longer with you   Crying or Very sad

I'm pretty sure Missy is your Maizie's mum. I am a nurse at one of the vet surgeries and I remember Missy well - my daughter happened to be in that day too and begged me to take her home with us.
Met the puppies too when they came in for their jabs. How tempted was I?!!!! They're simply THE BEST!

Donna-arc Thank you so much that is really nice to hear from someone who saw them all and helped them.

Our Maizie is a lovely natured girl we are so lucky to have her in our family. It gives us a strange sense of peace to know that her mum is loved too.  Very Happy

They were a rather gorgeous family of dogs - I have seen two of her brothers and they are pretty cute.
