Hi all,
I actually volunteered to help last September, but events overtook and I've not been able to assist until now. I've been emailing Jane over the last couple of weeks and have now set up and made an online payment, but I also wanted to help with my time too.
I've asked Jane for some details, but as yet she's not been able to pick up or respond to my last email, and as I'm available next Monday and Tuesday (for most of both days if necessary) I thought I'd post here. I'm happy to walk or transport (although my car's not ideal) and have many years terrier experience - Patterdales mostly. I think Gatwick's probably closest, but I'm happy to travel if necessary so if you want to email me  or call 07970 471932 then please feel free.

Just organised for 3 dogs to be neutered on Tuesday from Gatwick (Haydn Patterdale) and Croydon (Minty JRT Emma's and GSD x Niall's)
Pick up from Gatwick 8.15 Pick up from Croydon soon after then to Twickenham for ?10.30 Nil by mouth so no treats on the way!
Collection from Twickenham around 3-3.30 back to Croydon then Gatwick This would take a tremendous burden off myself. 
Have loads needing vac 4x pups. Oscar plus Cody on Monday to meet appointment and then return. Croydon to Twickenham

Thanks Jane (and for the email). I totally understand about half term and only posted because I didn't want to waste a couple of days of my time. I'll be completing and emailing the forms later today.

I would say yes in a moment to doing both pickups for you, but I currently only have a small two seat car and I think I might run out of room for me if I tried to get all three in. I will see what I can do about borrowing transport today and let you know later if that's okay?

I think four pups will fit in, assuming that you're happy so could help here if required. If you want to call, if it's easier than posting messages, then please feel free.
[edit]I'm happy to go out and purchase a cage that will fit my passenger seat if necessary as currently I only have a patterdale sized harness.[/edit]

Thanks very much Jane.
Lynne on the subject of transport, I'm not going to able to borrow anything that will allow me to carry all three dogs, but I could do the pick up from Gatwick if that helps. If so I'd need to know if a harness would be suitable for Haydn, and if not will have to go and get a cage and see what size I can fit in my car.

Hi all
im here to help out if u need it. i live in tw4 so en-route to surrey from vets!!?? (I believe). have a frontera with rear seats that fold over twice and have actually "squeezed" a king size mattress behind front seats recently!!!
