Hi there
We have very kindly been offered a free stall at the Culture in the Park event in the Queen Elizabeth II Country Park, Gravel Hill, Horndean, Hampshire PO8 0QE on the 13 September.
We are already committed to the PAWS in the Park event in Kent on the same day so have limited people resources. Is there anyone out there that could run/help with a stall for the Culture event on the 13th September in Hampshire
Plot Logistics:
• Setup access will be between 08.00 and 11.30 hrs. You must be ready by 12.00
• Removal access will start at 18.00 hrs.
If so, I need to get our application to them returned no later than Friday 28th August so please let me know before that date.
Your help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Oh dear, TinaD gets the last laugh - I am going to have to make the liver cake for this event
As my usual little helpers are away for this one, if anybody could help out, I would be extremely grateful. Queen Elizabeth Park is a lovely setting and very accessible, being right on the A3 just south of Petersfield. |
